Osage LLC andSkyway Range Announce Strategic Merger
TULSA, OK - May 16, 2025 - Osage LLC, the board-governed,corporate holding company (OR) business arm of the Osage Nation, today announced the integration of Skyway Range into its corporate structure. This strategic move strengthens Osage LLC's position as a leader in the rapidly growing unmanned aerial systems (UAS)industry and further enhances Oklahoma's prominence in advanced mobility technologies.
Skyway Range, which operates the 1,200-square-mile beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) UAS flight corridor, will now operate as a division of Osage LLC, providing expanded capabilities and resources for drone testing, training, and development. The consolidation builds upon the existing collaborative relationship between Osage LLC and Skyway Range, that have been partners in developing the Skyway36 Droneport facility.

The integration strengthens Osage LLC's position within the Tulsa Regional Advanced Mobility (TRAM) Cluster and enhances its participation in the federally designated Tulsa’s Tech Hub, which received approximately $51million in federal funding.

The new structure is effective immediately, with integration plans already underway to ensure a seamless transition for employees, partners,and clients.
