Tulsa, OK – March 19, 2026 – Skyway Range announced the selection of AirWise Solutions, High Lander, and OneSky to participate in the SAFE-T Uncrewed Traffic Management (UTM) Accelerator Program, a first of its kind initiative supporting the growth of safe, scalable drone operations in the Tulsa region.
SAFE-T is a flagship initiative of the Tulsa Tech Hub, a federally designated Economic Development Administration Tech Hub managed by Tulsa Innovation Labs and focused on advancing autonomy across the region.
The three companies were selected through a competitive process and will operate alongside one another within the Skyway Range SAFE-T environment. Their participation advances Tulsa’s position as a place where advanced aviation technologies are not just developed—but actively used, evaluated, and prepared for real-world deployment.
Under the program, each provider will deploy and operate their own UTM system within Skyway Range's live BVLOS airspace, demonstrating real-time interoperability with the other participating providers simultaneously. This includes coordinated flight planning, strategic deconfliction, conformance monitoring, and contingency management — the full stack of capabilities. The program follows milestone-based performance gates aligned with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) UTM implementation standards, with a clear pathway toward self-sustaining commercial operations and a neutral, multi-vendor UTM marketplace in Tulsa.
